LASER ENGRAVING
Utilizing state-of-the-art, computer-controlled laser engraving machines, Custom Laser can engrave items in a range of sizes, up to 4 feet by 8 feet. Our numerous engraving systems enable us to process any order size reliably, consistently and on time.
All our engraving systems are computer-graphics driven and artwork-scanning capable. That means whether you have hand-drawn art or digital files, our team can take your design and engrave it into a variety of different surfaces and materials. With our laser precision, engravings can be made with incredible precision, allowing for exact transfers of the most complex and intricate designs.
Laser engraving is also capable of creating engravings with a variety of different depths, allowing for more rich and robust designs with texturing and richness. The depth of engraving can reach up to 3/16″ using the precision machines at Custom Laser. Plus, with our in-house tooling and graphics capabilities, throughput is reduced which maximizes efficiency and production speed. Our laser engravers provide reliability with every cut, and our rapid processing capabilities allows us to handle even large volume orders while delivering a quick turnaround.
